Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns prior to their massage session. muscle fit therapists are trained professionals but are not licensed medical practitioners.

If you have a condition that may be affected by massage therapy — including pregnancy, recent surgery, cardiovascular conditions, skin conditions, or infectious diseases — please consult your doctor before booking and inform your therapist at the start of your session.

muscle fit reserves the right to decline or modify a session if the therapist believes it may pose a risk to the client's health or safety.

All sessions at muscle fit are customised to the individual client's needs. Your therapist will discuss your requirements, preferences, and any areas of concern at the start of each session.

While we make every effort to accommodate your preferences, the final technique and approach is at the professional discretion of the therapist, with your well-being as the primary consideration.

muscle fit employs a range of massage and therapeutic techniques including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, aromatherapy, Balinese, sports massage, and assisted stretching.

Therapists are trained and certified in the techniques they offer. The specific approach used during a session may vary based on the therapist's professional assessment of your needs.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website or shared verbally are indicative and the final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

muscle fit reserves the right to offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers at its discretion. These are subject to availability and specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Memberships are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. A membership expires one day before the same calendar date of the month on which it began (e.g. a membership starting on the 15th expires on the 14th of the appropriate expiry month).

Membership benefits, including discounted pricing, may be shared with family members and friends as specified in the membership agreement. Sharing is subject to the terms of the specific tier purchased.

Memberships operate on a cashless, balance-deduction basis. Session costs are deducted from the member's pre-loaded balance at the applicable member rate.

Unused balance at the time of expiry is subject to the terms specified in the individual membership agreement. muscle fit reserves the right to modify membership terms and pricing with appropriate notice.

We ask that you provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

muscle fit reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to therapist unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative.

muscle fit is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and therapists. Any inappropriate behaviour, disrespect toward staff, or violation of our safety protocols may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and a ban from future bookings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
